Steps

1. Begin by cleaning the octopus if it's not pre-cleaned. Remove the beak and ink sac, rinse under cold water. 2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 3. Place the octopus in the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 4. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 5. Remove the octopus from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through. 6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. 7. Serve with a drizzle of the remaining marinade and additional lemon wedges if desired.
