Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
5. Brush peach slices with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Serve grilled chicken topped with balsamic glaze and grilled peaches.
