Grilled Peach Salad

Steps

1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. 2. Brush the cut side of the peach halves with a dab of oil from the 2 teaspoons. 3. Place the peach halves, cut side down, and grill until tender, about 5-7 minutes. 4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper. 5. In a salad bowl, place greens and grilled peaches, top with vinaigrette and mix together. 6. Serve the salad warm.
