Steps
1. Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
2. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, cinnamon, honey, desiccated coconut and lime juice. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the pineapple bowl to the pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pineapple and coconut are golden.
4. Add salt, to taste. Serve immediately.
