Grilled Salmon Sandwich

A delicious and healthy main dish featuring grilled salmon, fresh peppers, and tangy pickles, all served on toasted bread.

Steps

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the salmon. 4. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 5. While the salmon is grilling, lightly toast the bread slices. 6. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. 7. Assemble the sandwich by placing the grilled salmon on one slice of bread. 8. Top the salmon with sliced peppers and pickles. 9. Place the other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich. 10. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
