Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Grease a small baking dish with cooking spray. 4. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on the bottom of the baking dish. 5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese. 6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the casserole is set and the cheese is melted and golden brown. 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. 9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
