Grilled Salmon with Roasted Asparagus

A light yet delicious main dish combining the wonderful taste of grilled salmon with oven roasted asparagus.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Place asparagus on parchment paper and lightly toss in olive oil. 4. Sprinkle ground black pepper and sea salt over asparagus. 5. Place asparagus in oven and roast for 10-15 minutes until golden. 6. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. 7. Place salmon on grill pan. 8. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then turn the salmon over and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. 9. Plate salmon over asparagus and serve.
