Grilled Squid with Lemon and Garlic

Steps

1. Clean the squid by removing the head, tentacles, and innards. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the squid in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 5. Grill the squid for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through and has grill marks. 6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. 7. Serve the grilled squid with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley, if desired.
