
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over the steak and chicken breast evenly.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Once both proteins are cooked, slice the steak and chicken into strips.
- Arrange on a platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
