Steps

1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 2. Brush the watermelon slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Grill the watermelon slice for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks form. 4. Remove the grilled watermelon from the heat and let it cool slightly. 5. Cut the grilled watermelon into bite-sized pieces. 6. In a bowl, combine the arugula, grilled watermelon, and crumbled feta cheese. 7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine. 8.
