
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the watermelon slice with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the watermelon for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a minute.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
