Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
2. Brush both sides of the watermelon slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the watermelon on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the watermelon is slightly caramelized.
4. Remove from the grill and let it cool for a minute.
5. Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint.
6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and serve warm.
