1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork in the skillet.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
9. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet over the sliced pork and garnish with fresh parsley.
