Steps

3. Stir everything together and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth, reduce the heat to low, and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your liking.
5. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
