Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Press the herb mixture onto the top of the fish fillet to create a crust.
