
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the herb mixture onto the top of the fish fillet to create a crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
