Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the white wine, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer.
6. Add chicken broth and herbs, then return the chicken to the skillet.
7. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce and thicken.
8. Stir in butter for a rich finish.
9. Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
