Steps
1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the pork chop and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
5. Reduce heat to low and pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chop.
6. Spoon the sauce over the pork chop as it simmers for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
