Steps

1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice into strips. 2. Dice the cantaloupe and slice cucumber and cherry tomatoes. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. 4. In a serving bowl, combine mixed greens, cantaloupe, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and grilled chicken. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. 6.
