Steps

1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Cook the pork chop for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 4. Remove the pork chop and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 6. Add honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. 7. Return the pork chop to the skillet and coat it with the glaze. 8. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat. 9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
