Steps
1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Place chicken thigh skin side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
6. Stir in honey and soy sauce, coating the chicken evenly.
7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the chicken until the sauce thickens.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
9. Serve hot with your choice of side.
