Steps
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin, even slices.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour in the honey and water, and sprinkle the thyme, salt, and pepper over the carrots.
5. Stir to combine and cover the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and glazed.
6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
