1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 4. Brush the honey glaze mixture over the salmon. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. 6. Serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.
