Steps
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Coat the chicken breast with the honey mustard mixture, making sure it's evenly covered.
4. Place the chicken on the grill or pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. If using, add the fresh thyme on top during the last minute of cooking for an aromatic touch.
6. Remove from heat, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
