
Steps
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat the chicken breast with the honey mustard mixture, making sure it's evenly covered.
- Place the chicken on the grill or pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- If using, add the fresh thyme on top during the last minute of cooking for an aromatic touch.
- Remove from heat, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
