1. Toast the slice of bread in a toaster oven. 2. In a small bowl, combine the beans, carrots, egg and minced ginger. 3. Spread the bean mixture over the toast and grill it in a skillet for about 2-3 minutes per side. 4. Remove from the skillet and enjoy!
