
Steps
- Toast the slice of bread in a toaster oven.
- In a small bowl, combine the beans, carrots, egg and minced ginger.
- Spread the bean mixture over the toast and grill it in a skillet for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and enjoy!
