Steps
1. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green chili until fragrant.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
3. Sprinkle curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder over the chicken. Stir well to coat.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
