Steps
1. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.
2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
3. Sprinkle curry powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
4. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add bell pepper, soy sauce, and red chili to the pan.
6. Cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve the chicken curry over cooked rice.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
