Steps
1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, curry powder, chili powder, brown sugar, and lime juice.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, coating them evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Skewer the marinated chicken cubes onto bamboo skewers.
