Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. 5. In a small bowl, mix together jelly and soy sauce. 6. Brush the jelly glaze onto the chicken breast. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
