
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together jelly and soy sauce.
- Brush the jelly glaze onto the chicken breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
