Steps
1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and coat it with jerk seasoning, ensuring it's evenly covered.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and juices run clear.
4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the sliced jerk chicken topped with mango salsa and garnish with fresh cilantro.
