Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet.
4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
5. Flip the chicken, pour the glaze over it, and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
