- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken, pour the glaze over it, and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
