Steps
1. Pre-heat the oven up to 200C.
2. Line a medium baking tin with foil.
3. Place the salmon fillet in the middle of the foil and season with sea salt, black tea and the juice of the lime and top it with the olive oil.
4. Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with a side of freshly cooked vegetables.
