1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork. 3. Mix in the beer, cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined. 4. Hard boil the eggs, then slice them in half and remove the yolks. 5. Fill each egg white half with the avocado mixture. 6. Place the stuffed eggs on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
