Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocado with a fork.
3. In a bowl, combine the mashed avocado and beer. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the avocado and beer mixture over it. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
7. Serve the baked chicken with the avocado sauce alongside the toasted bread.
