Lebanese Baklava

This delicious dessert is a classic Lebanese pastry made with layers of phyllo dough, nuts, and syrup. It's a sweet treat that will satisfy any sweet tooth!

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a bowl, mix together the walnuts, pistachios, melted butter, honey, sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. 3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 4. Place one sheet of phyllo dough in the bottom of the pan. 5. Spread a thin layer of the nut mixture over the dough. 6. Place another sheet of phyllo dough over the nut mixture and repeat the process until all 8 sheets of phyllo dough have been used. 7. Cut into diamond shapes and pour the water over the top. 8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 9. Let cool and drizzle with honey before serving.
