1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried oregano on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
4. Flip the chicken and add minced garlic to the pan, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
5. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the chicken in the last minute of cooking.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
