Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the fish fillet.
4. Place the fish on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from grill and let it rest for a minute.
6. Serve garnished with lemon slices and additional herbs if desired.
