Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 4. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juice runs clear. 5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve.
