Mango Chicken Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. 2. Peel and dice the mango into bite-sized pieces. 3. Slice the red bell pepper and onion into thin strips. 4. Mince the garlic cloves. 5. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 6. Add the chicken strips and minced garlic to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through. 7. Add the red bell pepper and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften. 8. Add the diced mango to the pan along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the mango is heated through. 9. Serve the mango chicken stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
