Steps
1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the cubed beef to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the chopped tomato and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
6. Add the sliced olives, cover, and let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Once the beef is tender and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
