Steps

1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. 2. Dice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes. 3. Crumble the feta cheese. 4. Chop the fresh parsley. 5. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, and parsley. 6. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. 8. Serve chilled.
