Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Pat the salmon dry and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the salmon for 4 minutes per side.
4. Combine garlic, oregano, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a small bowl.
5. Brush the salmon with the mixture before removing it from the grill.
