Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper. 2. Rub the chicken breast with the mustard mixture and set aside. 3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. 4. Once the oil and butter is hot and melted, add the chicken. 5. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through. 6. Serve with your favorite side dish.
