Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Brush the salmon with maple syrup and season with salt and pepper. 4. Crush the mixed nuts and press them onto the top of the salmon fillet. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
