Steps
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, and add the penne. Cook according to instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the sundried tomato and fry for a few minutes.
3. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add to the saucepan.
4. Stir in the pesto, and season with a pinch of salt.
5. Serve and enjoy!
