Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. While the chicken is cooking, slice the apple into thin wedges.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add the apple wedges and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
7. Pour in the chicken broth and stir, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the skillet.
8. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
9. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
