Steps
1. Take the beef steak out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
2. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme with olive oil to create a herb paste.
4. Rub the herb paste generously over the steak on both sides.
5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
6. Once the oil is hot, place the steak in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.
7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
8. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice over the top and enjoy!
