Steps
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Add the cubed chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken and halved grapes onto skewers, alternating between chicken and grapes.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
6. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh thyme, and serve hot.
