Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
5. Cook until the edges start to set, then sprinkle feta cheese over one half of the omelette.
6. Gently fold the other half over the filling and cook for another minute.
7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
