Steps

2. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the tuna steak and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness.
4. In a small bowl, mix the butter, minced garlic, parsley, and dill together.
5. Once the tuna is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a minute.
6. Add the garlic herb butter to the warm skillet to melt, then drizzle over the tuna steak.
7. Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
