Steps

1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside to rest. 2. Arrange the mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, and julienned carrot on a plate. 3. Place the seared tuna on top of the salad and add the boiled egg halves. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, honey, and water to create the peanut sauce. 5. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the salad and garnish with chopped roasted peanuts. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
